We are a worker collective
We organize ourselves non-hierarchically, roughing using sociocratic methods. Many staff have lived experiences of homelessness. some have advanced training in social work and related fields, we all have big hearts and dedication to our communities and our values. There are thirteen staff this year, but not everyone submitted a bio and pic to the website, so here are a few that did!
